On 10 June, the smart automated warehouse and packaging lines at Lisheng Group’s Liangshan Healthy Food Industrial Park entered service. Integrating automatic palletising robots, AGV automated guided vehicles and high-bay racking, the new system automates the entire flow of finished products from line exit, boxing and palletising to warehousing, raising the group’s factory automation and smart logistics to a new level.

The high-bay warehouse is linked with the warehouse management system (WMS) and line data, giving fully visualised management of product batches, storage locations and in/out records. Tasks once done by manual stocktaking and forklift handling are now centrally scheduled by the system, markedly improving turnover efficiency and supporting batch traceability and precise dispatch for export orders.

The automated packaging line can quickly switch packaging specifications for different orders and, together with the flexible noodle lines, further strengthens Lisheng’s ability to take on multi-variety, multi-specification OEM orders. Automation reduces manual labour while cutting error rates in boxing and palletising, making delivery more stable and quality more controllable.

Smart warehousing and automated packaging are a key part of Lisheng’s “smart manufacturing” plan. The group’s technical head said the mature experience of the high-bay warehouse would gradually be extended to other bases, continually raising delivery competitiveness for global clients through digital, automated upgrades.
