Lisheng Group has passed FSSC 22000 food-safety certification. Recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), FSSC 22000 is treated by many multinational retailers and brand owners as a supplier-entry threshold. Following ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP, passing FSSC 22000 brings Lisheng’s food-safety management further into line with international practice.

To pass the audit, the group’s quality-control department worked with each production base to systematically review raw-material acceptance, process control, sanitation, pest control, allergen management and finished-product traceability, and — drawing on its own food laboratory’s physico-chemical and microbiological testing — established whole-process monitoring from raw grain to finished product. During the on-site audit, the certification body commended the sanitation management and process records of Lisheng’s milling and noodle workshops.

The group’s quality-control head said international food-safety certification clears an important obstacle for the company’s overseas-market and OEM business: overseas clients can refer directly to the certification results, greatly shortening audit and entry cycles and making private-label cooperation smoother.

Building on this certification, Lisheng will progressively align with the regulations and standards of more destination markets, providing continuous compliance assurance for noodle and flour exports and own-brand contract manufacturing.
