Lisheng Group, 7 February — Shi Guangliang, Jining Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor and head of the city’s COVID-19 response group, made an unannounced visit to Lisheng to inspect epidemic prevention and work resumption. He stressed that all departments must treat epidemic prevention as the top priority and, on the basis of scientific control, organise orderly resumption to provide better material support and ensure the city’s economy runs smoothly.
In the production workshop, Mayor Shi spoke in depth with General Manager Zhang Guangbo, learning in detail about post-holiday resumption, staff origins, plant and workshop disinfection, canteen dining, dormitories, commuting and logistics, and commended Lisheng’s practices of pre-entry temperature checks and disinfection, staggered dining, and suspending staff who feel unwell or live in areas with confirmed or suspected cases.
Since the outbreak, Lisheng had strengthened its prevention responsibilities, setting up a prevention leadership group after the holiday, formulating prevention and resumption plans with clear systems, processes and duties, focusing on screening and isolating returnees, fully disinfecting facilities, and stockpiling masks, thermometers and disinfectants — strictly implementing health reporting and temperature checks to protect employees’ health and safety.
Mayor Shi asked relevant enterprises, while ensuring safe conditions, to implement strict safety and environmental measures and ramp up production to provide greater supply, and asked departments to act proactively in this critical period — strengthening support, optimising the business environment, and helping enterprises resolve issues such as logistics bottlenecks and protective-supply shortages to resume safely and smoothly.
