On the morning of 23 November, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Lisheng Group (Liangshan) Healthy Food engineering project was held in the Jining Bio (Food) Science & Technology Industrial Park. Liangshan County Party Secretary Jia Zhifu, County Magistrate Hou Dianfeng, leaders from the county Party committee, People’s Congress, government and CPPCC, township (subdistrict) and related officials, together with Lisheng Group Chairman Gao Fengguo, President Gao Fengshe, the general managers of the subsidiaries, and centre heads and key staff, attended the ceremony.
With the strong support of the Liangshan county Party committee and government, the Liangshan and Yangying subdistricts and various functional departments, the Lisheng Group (Liangshan) Healthy Food project landed in Liangshan. The project is another major leap forward in Lisheng’s development and a key step on its path.
Chairman Gao Fengguo briefly introduced the project: a planned investment of 1 billion yuan over 230 mu, implemented in two phases. The first phase covers nearly 100 mu with an investment of 600 million yuan and will build production lines and supporting facilities for processing 3,000 tons of wheat and 500 tons of noodles per day, with construction expected to finish within a year and operations to begin by the end of 2019. The second phase — deep processing and other industry-chain projects — is targeted for investment and construction in 2020.
Zhang Ying, Party Working Committee Secretary of Liangshan Subdistrict, said the “Lisheng Group (Liangshan) Healthy Food project” would be built to high standards: a project-construction headquarters would be set up with dedicated staff and teams to promptly resolve difficulties, accelerate park infrastructure, improve park services, and provide a quality construction environment.
County Magistrate Hou Dianfeng spoke highly of the project and placed great hopes in it, pledging that the Liangshan county government would continue to attach great importance to and strongly support Lisheng.
Amid warm applause, the leaders lifted golden shovels together to break ground for the “Lisheng Group (Liangshan) Healthy Food project.” The successful ceremony marked the opening of a new chapter in Lisheng’s development.
The project plans an investment of 1 billion yuan over 230 mu, implemented in two phases, with the first phase alone planned for 3,000 tons of daily wheat processing and 500 tons of noodles, supported by modern production lines and quality-inspection facilities — marking Lisheng’s leap toward large-scale, intelligent food manufacturing. For overseas brands seeking a contract-manufacturing partner with scale capacity and modern plants, this means greater capacity headroom, more reliable lead times, and stronger high-volume, consistent-quality delivery. Combined with the group’s unified ISO 22000 and HACCP food-safety systems, the Liangshan base provides solid support for noodle and flour export orders and long-term OEM / private-label supply.
