On 24 April 2018, the signing ceremony for Shandong Lisheng Group’s 3,000-ton-per-day wheat flour processing project was held in Liangshan County, marking another major leap in the group’s capacity and equipment.

The project — the Lisheng Group Liangshan Healthy Food Technology Park — carries a planned investment of RMB 1 billion and covers 230 mu (about 15 hectares). It is designed as a modern production base milling 3,000 tons of wheat and producing 1,000 tons of dried noodles per day. Drawing on the premium wheat-growing region of Liangshan and the nearby Yellow River floodplain, the park follows an ecology-first, green-development philosophy, adopts internationally advanced milling technology and equipment, introduces intelligent control, and is built to the standard of a modern, information-driven smart factory that supports high-volume delivery with consistent quality.

For overseas procurement and contract-manufacturing customers, the Liangshan base means greater capacity headroom and more reliable lead times, giving Lisheng the ability to handle container-scale export orders and long-term OEM / private-label supply.
