“Good rain knows its season, coming in spring” — accompanied by a long-awaited spring rain, the “Forging Ahead with Passion” Shandong Lisheng Group 2015 Annual Meeting was successfully held on 15 February 2015.
Board members Gao Fengguo and Gao Fengshe, the general managers and managers above mid-level of the companies and centres, and the winners of the 2014 “Outstanding Manager” award attended.
General Manager Gao Fengshe first reviewed the group’s 2014 work and read out the 2015 development and business goals. The meeting commended outstanding managers and, under the equity-incentive plan, paid out rewards to the subsidiaries, centres and individuals that met the 2014 goals.
Opening with a plain seven-character poem, Chairman Gao Fengguo then addressed the meeting, putting forward Lisheng’s fifth five-year plan: to build the most competitive grain-and-food group, create a 10,000-ton-per-day wheat-processing enterprise, build a “field-to-table” food-processing programme, and reach over 10 billion yuan in annual revenue — helping realise the Chinese Dream with the spirit of Lisheng people. The meeting was a complete success.
