Lisheng Refocuses After the Holiday: All Work in Good Order

On 21 February, the sixth day of the first lunar month and the first workday after the Spring Festival holiday, Lisheng Group and its subsidiaries held “refocus” meetings via morning assemblies and pre-shift gatherings, mobilising staff to quickly adjust their mindset and throw themselves into intense, orderly production. Employees at all levels swiftly returned from the holiday mood to their work — “on the job every minute, every second on duty” — while managers went to the front line to supervise. Grassroots units likewise held refocus meetings through team-leader and pre-shift gatherings.

In line with the group’s requirements, the subsidiaries and departments held refocus meetings, again setting out 2018 goals, unifying thinking, and starting work immediately — turning work into target tasks, tasks into implementation, and implementation into real assessment — to ensure a good start to every task and to pursue all work in concerted effort.
