From 18–20 March, the “Win Together” Lisheng 2013 Marketing Strategy Conference was grandly held at the Jiangnanchun Hotel in Jining, with more than 130 outstanding distributors from across the country. The Chairman, General Manager, centre directors, company general managers and sales general managers attended.

The conference opened on the morning of the 18th, hosted by Jining TV presenter Wang Xinchan. Chairman Gao Fengguo welcomed and thanked the distributors, reviewed the group’s development, analysed the current flour and noodle industry, and introduced the company’s vision and plans. Technical-development director Jiang Hua spoke on product-quality assurance and R&D planning, highlighting the main product categories and the next steps in innovation and quality. Market-management director Zang Ming reported on the “2013 marketing strategy,” analysing traditional and modern marketing models and explaining the group’s distributor incentive policies. Outstanding 2012 distributors were commended, and General Manager Gao Fengshe gave a closing address congratulating the winners and inviting the distributors to tour the hometown of Confucius and Mencius.

A dedicated marketing lecture was held, with renowned trainer Wang Shunhe from the famous Asian institution “Beyond Limits” delivering an impassioned talk that gave distributors practical training in marketing management and strategy. On the 19th, distributor talks were held — the Jining, Wenshang and Chengwu companies meeting with distributors in their regions to share operating experience — followed by on-site visits to the Jining and Wenshang companies. On the 20th, participants toured Qufu, the Eastern Holy City, to experience the depth of Confucian culture before returning home. The conference deepened exchange and friendship with distributors and strengthened the group’s brand awareness, reputation and customer loyalty.
