On the afternoon of 24 April, at the new campus of Jining Technician College, the group and the college held a signing ceremony for order-based school-enterprise talent training — a strong measure in deepening Lisheng’s talent strategy and building a high-calibre workforce. College Vice President Lan Qing and group leaders Gao Fengguo, Wang Feng and Zang Ming attended, with more than 50 participants including the college’s admissions director and department heads and student representatives.

Vice President Lan Qing hosted the ceremony, introducing the college’s profile and teaching features and expressing confidence in running the order-based classes well. She hoped both sides would deepen ties and cooperation and explore new models for cultivating high-skilled talent. Chairman Gao Fengguo, speaking for the company, introduced Lisheng’s development and vision and its experience in building talent pipelines, expressing willingness to cooperate broadly with the college in management, internships and employment, staff training, and industry-academia-research integration to strengthen the company’s technical innovation and nurture a modern professional team.

The two sides signed an order-based training agreement, setting up classes in the autumn of 2013 in two majors — mechanical assembly and maintenance, and food processing and inspection. Jining Technician College is a government-run national key vocational institution focused on training technicians and senior skilled workers, with over 8,000 students and 543 staff, having trained more than 40,000 mid- and high-level skilled workers over its 50-plus years.
