On 25 August 2013, the packaging system of the flour workshop and the equipment of the new noodle workshop at the Jining plant started up and passed their trial run, marking the largest and most highly automated technical upgrade in the group’s history.
The upgrade introduced international automation control systems from Schneider, Siemens and ABB, and brought online 850- and 650-type premium dried-noodle lines together with two new lines for noodle sheets and non-fried instant noodles; the flour workshop achieved centralised production, centralised storage and computerised automatic dispatch, raising the overall process equipment to a domestic-leading level. High automation and low human intervention deliver batch-to-batch consistency — the core capability for handling export and OEM contract-manufacturing orders. A diversified product mix (premium dried noodles, noodle sheets, non-fried instant noodles) also lets Lisheng serve the private-label needs of different overseas channels including supermarkets, foodservice and convenience foods, with customisation from formulation and specification to packaging.
