From 3–5 March 2014, Shandong Lisheng Food Group’s 2014 Distributor Development Strategy Conference was grandly held at Lisheng Group headquarters.

Themed “Gratitude Together, Win Together in 2014,” the conference gathered more than 100 core distributor representatives from across the country. Chairman Gao Fengguo, General Manager Gao Fengshe, Jining company GM Jiang Hua, Chengwu company GM Kou Enju, Wenshang company’s Chen Qingsong, marketing director Zang Ming and other key leaders attended. Guided by the action policy of “build eco-agriculture — green, healthy, dietary, nutritious” and the strategic goal of “a century-old Lisheng,” the conference drew wide attention from society and local media.

In his welcome address, Chairman Gao Fengguo reviewed Lisheng’s development across business growth, brand-building, development model, team-building and customer resources, and elaborated the group’s direction through its “1-2-3-4” strategy toward becoming a 10-billion-yuan enterprise: holding firmly to the “one centre” of economic performance; advancing the “two integrations” of industrialisation and informatisation; implementing the “three strategies” of talent, technology and marketing; and building a “four-type enterprise” — technology-innovative, brand-led, resource-saving and socially responsible.

General Manager Gao Fengshe warmly welcomed and thanked the distributors and called for long-term, win-win cooperation. Technical Director Jiang Hua described Lisheng’s R&D strength and direction, pledging to develop marketable products with distinctive Lisheng character. Marketing Director Zang Ming reported on the 2014 marketing plan, providing direction and strong support for sales nationwide.

To thank the distributors for their long-standing support, an award ceremony for outstanding national distributors was held, with two first, second and third prizes each and one sales-progress award, presented gold medals by the Chairman and General Manager. As service is part of selling, renowned marketing expert Wang Shunhe was invited to lecture on integrating service with sales, strengthening brand-service awareness, and winning reputation and market through service.

In 2013, Lisheng bucked the trend and maintained strong momentum with impressive sales — inseparable from the distributors’ efforts. At the appreciation dinner, the Chairman again thanked the distributors who contributed outstandingly in 2013. The conference gave distributors a fuller understanding of Lisheng’s 2014 marketing strategy and R&D direction and strengthened the shared determination to build a century-old Lisheng.
