On 13 October 2012, at the invitation of our Chairman, Mr Gao Fengguo, Mr Xu Conglin — a gold-medal trainer from Huiju Holding Group, a well-known Chinese training institution — came to our group to deliver training on the theme of “How to Improve Team Execution.”
The units taking part included the group’s Jining, Wenshang, Chengwu, Jintaihua Qufu and Yutai companies.
A company’s success must be guaranteed by outstanding execution. Without it, even the best development strategy, the highest profit margin, the finest management mechanism and the most detailed rules remain a grand blueprint on the sand, a slogan on the wall, a fine phrase on the lips — never to be realised. With this in mind, and combining the group’s five-year vision, Chairman Gao Fengguo arranged this training for key staff at team-leader level and above. Participants took part actively, and the training achieved good results.
