2012 Annual Commendation Conference

On 7 February 2013, the Shandong Lisheng Food Group 2012 Annual Commendation Conference was grandly held at the Yumancheng Hotel.

Over the past year, under the correct leadership of the group, its companies, centres and grain depots upheld the corporate spirit of “unity, progress, integrity and innovation,” pursued the “One-Five Strategic Plan” as their goal, and used standardised management as their guide, driving the enterprise toward institutionalised, process-based and standardised management. Under standardised work and refined 6S management, a number of outstanding managers and individuals emerged across the companies, centres and depots, and were encouraged and commended at the conference.

Unit heads summarised their annual work, reported their 2013 plans and approaches, and signed annual work-target responsibility agreements with the Chairman. The Chairman then delivered a clear and inspiring address, and the General Manager gave a spirited summary. The conference closed with the General Manager’s remarks, followed by a banquet for all attendees featuring rich cultural performances by the various units, with the Chairman and General Manager thanking each unit in turn.
