Lisheng has launched its Whole Wheat Flour series, an export-grade flour line created for the global trend toward healthy eating and whole grains.

Whole wheat flour is milled from the entire wheat kernel, fully retaining its three components — bran, endosperm and germ — along with their dietary fibre, B vitamins, vitamin E and antioxidants. The Lisheng whole-grain series is produced in a dedicated 1,200 m² workshop, following the process of wheat cleaning → sterilisation → colour sorting → low-speed, low-temperature Danish stone milling → bran roasting and blending. Low-speed, low-temperature milling combined with precise automatic temperature control effectively prevents starch gelatinisation and protein denaturation, retaining natural nutrition to the greatest extent, while bran roasting further improves taste and storage stability.

The series fits overseas clean-label and whole-grain health markets and can be customised under the customer’s brand for OEM / private-label production across formulation, specification and packaging — an ideal flour contract-manufacturing choice for overseas supermarket private labels and health-food channels.
